“Special Occasion Campaigns” – are those that are set up by individuals or organisations to commemorate specific events such as birthdays, anniversaries, in memory of loved ones, or days such as Literacy Day, Children’s Day, etc. The funds raised through such campaigns are pooled into a Donate-a-Book corpus managed by Pratham Books, which is solely responsible for the allocation of these monies and reporting of impact of the same.
“Users”- All people including Campaign owners, Contributors, other visitors to the Service.

donateabook.org.in is an online crowd-funding venue for people and entities seeking to raise funds for a Campaign, which will involve funds being collected and raised to provide books to children, schools and educational institutions in need of such books.
