Who we are
Towards Future is dedicated to improving child education in economically disadvantaged communities through focused programs. We provide quality preschool education for young children and operate an educational resource center that supports school students up to the 10th standard public examination. Our ultimate goal is to positively impact the lives of children and families living below the poverty line by ensuring equal access to education and enhancing learning opportunities for underserved communities.
Our work and its impact
Our primary focus is the education and safety of children, and our library plays a central role in this mission. We began by revitalizing a community library, enabling children to explore a variety of books across different genres and subjects. Over time, we expanded our work to multiple government and private schools. After three years of consistent efforts, we have observed that children have developed a genuine interest in reading and critical thinking, cultivating their creativity and imagination.
How we will utilise these books
The storybooks procured through this fundraiser will be the most important asset of our library, and act as windows through which children can expand their horizons. Different genres stimulate children’s thinking in diverse ways. Our goal is to reach children through books, offering them opportunities to explore new ideas and concepts. Through these storybooks, children can engage with complex topics in a fun and meaningful way, fostering independent thought and a love for learning.
