Who we are
We are a school of around 1000 students and 45 teaching staff, trying to build a library for the rural kids here in Yallatti in Karnataka. This campaign is for the Grade 1,2 and 3. We are planning to get more books for our kids during this academic year. Please help us build classroom libraries for all our bright kids.
Our work and its impact
KES, Konnur English School headed by Shri Basavraj Konnur, is striving to provide a quality education to the rural population in Yallatti Karnataka. We have around 1000 students studying from Kindergarten to 10th grade. We are a family of hardworking enthusiastic people who are passionate about education.
How we will utilise these books
KES aims at giving excellent education to the students of Yallatti village and bring a change in the rural masses with quality english education. We have a vision of building tomorrow's leaders by giving the children the choice to learn what is really important for them. We wish to make classroom libraries for as many grades as we can. The funds will be used to purchase pratham books of English and Kannada languages. We also are planning to have the classrooms with these books to be a source of knowledge for the other classes also. This campaign will be impacting the students from LKG to Grade 4.
