Who we are
We are a happy bunch of 6th and 7th graders who want to learn to read English and become masters at it. We love exciting stories and know they also help us learn valuable lessons. We want more and more books in our classes and for our reading levels so we can learn more and stay curious.
Our work and its impact
I am Tejaswini. I am a Teach For India Fellow here in Pune and I teach grades 6, 7 and 8 in a low income private school.
How we will utilise these books
I teach English, Science and History. I strive to help keep my kids curious and create thinkers, doers and believers. With the funds raised, my classroom aims to equip itself with books catering to various reading levels of the students.
