Who we are
Gurukulam is an open school to impart the 21st-century skills through experiential learning concepts to improve kids 360° learning skills in local communities.
Our work and its impact
I have been volunteering for the past 15 years in the sector of rural education. Visited schools across India to teach various skills to them. I am really passionate about working with children and improving their literacy. I think books are the path to achieve that goal.
How we will utilise these books
I will use these books for story telling sessions and reading sessions to improve their reading abilities. Will organize reading carnivals to make reading as a joyful habit. our idea is to create a joyful environment for the children to allow them to have access to wonderful books. Setting up a community library to make 100 students to improve their reading skills on a daily basis.
