Deen Bandhu seva mandal is registered NGO working in the rural ares of Himanchal pradesh. we are running a orphanage cum children home since 1987. we require books for upgradation and modernization of our library. registered under Society’s Registration Act 21 of 1860 ( XX1 of 1860) vide Registration No. 4411/85 on 1st August,1985 and HP Societies Registration Act 25 of 2006 on 28.5.2009, with Registrar Societies , Shimla, Himachal Pradesh , Similarly , the Organization is Registered by Income Tax Commissioner, Shimla, under Income Tax Act.1961, under section 80g
Our work and its impact
In 1985, a very few Social Welfare Organization were in existence in the rural areas sharing responsibility of taking care & protection of women and children . With the above objective in mind, an Organiztion was established on 11th May,1985, and got registered as NON-GOVERNMENTAL, NON- POLITICAL AND SOCIAL WELFARE ORGANIZATION under Society’s Registration Act 21 of 1860, with Registrar Societies. Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, vide Registration No. 4411/85 on 1st August 1985 in the name and Style of ‘DEENBANDHU SEVA MANDAL BHARNAL ‘ with its headquarters in village Bharnal PO Dahlwan, Tehsil Sarkaghat, District Mandi, Himachal. and further got reistered under HP Societies Registration Act 25 of 2006 on 28.9.2008. Since its inception, the organization set it hands for the needy sections of the society who are victim of various social evils, atrocities and untowards incidents
How we will utilise these books
ESTABLISHED BAL/BALIKA ASHRAM BHARNAL Bal/Balika Ashram –cum Children Home Bhrnal , was established on 1st August,1987, in VILLAGE BHARNAL PO DHALWAN, TEHSIL SARKAGHAT, DISTRICT MANDI, for taking Care and Protection of orphan, semi-orphan, deserted children ( both boys & girls) below the age of 18 years, who are facing callous circumstances in the society. Boarding - lodging facilities are available , besides pursuing Elementary Education, free of cost , without any distinction of caste & creed.RECOGNITION OF CHILDREN HOME. On the request of the Organization , the State Government, Department of Welfare , was kind enough to sanction a very negligible amount for running this Home during the financial year 1987-88, and the activities of this Home were recognized by the State Government/ Government of India, Ministry of Welfare , under the Centrally sponsored Scheme ‘CHILDREN IN NEED OF CARE & PROTECTION since 1st August, 1987. The main activities of the Organization are taking care and protection of uncared children of all sections of society without any distinction of caste , creed and religion . we will upgrade the number of books already in library. The rest of funds may be utilized to buy latest furniture and fixtures. The organisation will extend the facilities to children's of near by villages who are deprived of such facility. nearly 300 children studying in the near by govt school will be also benefited with this library. The organisation is establishing a carrier guidance facility with coaching classes to village children's
