How we will utilise these books

I work as a fellow at Teach for India in a low income private school. With this work, I intend to increase the reading levels in my classroom where an average 3rd grader is almost at a level 0 and there is a huge gap between their level and the grade they're in. I work towards building a culture of achievement and inculcate values and mindsets in my kids so that they can leverage those skills in real world scenarios they face. The funds will solely be utilised in books from Pratham books organization since they already provide us with leveled books. Also, a library kit will be purchased with the money so that due to the lack of infrastructure, the students do not miss out on the various opportunities that they get through reading. These books will serve as rewards for the kids and motivate them to strive hard towards an excellent education.
