Who we are
Help me Reading is campaign for setting up a model library in Dabhadiya Primary School where children are enthusiastic for reading new books in Hindi and English. But there are no books in Hindi and English for students. This is a tribal area in Mandvi block of Surat district. It is very tough for us to buy books in two other languages as there is issues regarding fund, and time. it will create impact on 193 students of 8 classes. These students came from three villages and help them to strengthen the two languages.
Our work and its impact
I am Working as HM in Dabhadiya Primary School. Our school is a cluster school. I want to create a cluster level model library for the students. It will help students to improve their Languages Hindi and English. It will build a habit of reading good books.
How we will utilise these books
The library will help upon the reading and strengthening their vocabulary of two languages in Hindi and English. It will directly impact 193 students from 3 villages and it will create a role model for others to believing in the power of books to improve the learning level of students. With the fund we will buy new and interesting books of 2 different languages that will improve the learning level of 193 students of 3 villages and build their vocabulary and make them used to a system called “Library”.
