Who we are
असतो मा सद्गमय । तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय । मृत्योर्मा अमृतं गमय । From ignorance, lead me to truth; From darkness, lead me to light; From death, lead me to immortality This Campaign aims to immerse Class of chaos into the wonderful world of books. Our is a class of 45 change-makers studying in EDMC Nigam Pratibha Vidayala Shastri Park (Government School Shastri Park). We promise to share our library with 3 other classes in our school. Light our torch and fulfill our craving for knowledge.
Our work and its impact
I am Narendra Shandilya, currently a fellow with Teach for India. I have been bestowed this immense responsibility to nurture knowledge in this awesome bunch of 45 kids. These kids have huge potential; I hope to take care of them to the best of my ability.
How we will utilise these books
These kids are our future citizens. I am sure these little sparks will create that Indian dream wich we all want to see into reality. I work to impact these kids and enable them to make this country a better place to live in. These funds will be utilized to create a library in our school both in Hindi and English. looking at academic levels my kids need exposure to a variety of literature. I am hoping that this library will help them to achieve what they dream for themselves.
