How we will utilise these books

We, Akhila and Abhimanyu ensure the proper functioning of school processes i.e Library, BALA, Bal Sansad, Assembly and government processes such as remedial hours(Mission Vidya), NAS, PRAGYA, Gyankunj etc. We also focus on capacity building of teachers, HMs and middle management with the help of tools such as Coaching Need Analysis Tool, Teacher's Instructional Practice, and Process System, Facilitation Need Analysis Tool and Virtual Field Support etc. By doing so we wish to bring an increase in Student Learning Outcomes as well as the holistic development of children through the Omni Channel approach in 24 and 28 schools of Umarpada and Mangrol blocks in Surat district through a regular visit to the field with our stakeholders. Our CRCs - Sunil Bhai, Dilip Bhai, Sheela Ben, and Sandeep Bhai will ensure to set up functioning libraries with a designed curriculum in Zankhvav, Vadpada, Vankal and Umarda clusters with a total number of 40 schools. Each school will receive 75 books in number. A timetable shall be designed class wise for the library and children committee will be formed to ensure the functioning of the library. A book hospital to ensure the health of the books once in a month. We wish to increase the trilingual fluency in reading, writing and speaking levels of children in the three languages (English, Hindi, and Gujarati). Also, focusing on improving the 21st-century skills, starting off with creativity and imagination, Collaboration and teamwork, Leadership, Oral and written communication skills and taking initiatives respectively.
