Storybooks help children discover the world around them, and stimulate their imagination and curiosity. Reading helps them develop different perspectives, and critical thinking skills and be better architects of their future.

When books have so much power, it is only fair that more children have access to these powerful tools. On the 6th birthday of our daughter, Leela, we want to raise funds for Pratham Books storybooks for children in Telangana. These storybooks are multilingual, age-appropriate and filled with colourful illustrations to engage a child’s attention.

The funds received from this campaign will be used to get books for The Rural Development Foundation (RDF), a non-profit organisation in Telangana. They provide high-quality education to the communities in underprivileged parts of rural Telangana and help students get jobs to support their families.
