Who we are
ACTS is a registered under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960 (Registration No: 80/79-80). Formerly known as ACTS Ministries, our core mission is education. ACTS Group of Institutions is dedicated to empowering communities through education, community development programs, and social enterprises in floriculture, agriculture, and guitar building.
Our work and its impact
ACTS Nirmala Vidyalaya is located in one of Bangalore’s largest slums and provides affordable education to underprivileged children. In addition to academics, we support students with nutrition and healthcare services, extending these benefits to their parents, guardians, and the wider community.
Our school is deeply involved in community development, helping underprivileged children and women lead a dignified life, regardless of caste or religion. By offering holistic education and support, we provide hope and opportunities for a better future. ACTS Nirmala Vidyalaya is affiliated with the Government of Karnataka
How we will utilise these books
With the funds raised, we will acquire children’s storybooks from Pratham Books to enrich our school library. These books will:
- -Improve reading skills among students.
- -Foster curiosity and creativity.
- -Provide engaging and interactive reading experiences.
