How we will utilise these books

We have been working towards capacity building of 9 Cluster Resource Co-ordinators, 3 Block Resource Persons and also towards leadership development of 107 Head Masters in campaign mode in Pranpur Block, Katihar; who, in turn are contributing in improving life chances (learning outcomes; over all development) of over 8000 children enrolled in the 107 schools. During fellowship, 1) We have initiated Project Akshar (Literacy Mission) for Maha Dalit communities. 2) We have conducted a research study on Solid waste management of Katihar Municipality. 3) We have successfully implemented Accelerated Learning Programme (ALP) to improve learning levels of 2500 children of classes 2 to 8 in 12 Demonstration Schools. 4) We have conducted community awareness regarding Education in 12 Villages of Pranpur Block, Katihar. We shall be establishing reading corners, functional libraries in 12 demonstration schools impacting 2500 children.
