How we will utilise these books

During my first year of fellowship, I used to teach thirty 3rd graders and almost managed to bridge the learning and outcome gap that has just been accelerating year by year . I feel my job is important, and if I really did have the bandwidth I would probably expand my scope of work to every child. I thought, maybe, one step at a time. So, I took up the responsibility of one more classroom. So in total I have 60 students to mentor. I really wish to maximise my efforts and positively impact the lives of so many children, especially the ones belonging to the disadvantaged communities. One child at a time, I wish to create a moment of leaders, who will actively solve the complex issues of the 21st century and bring pride to all of us. Also, most importantly, become aware of themselves, change their destiny, and create a ripple of positive impact in the lives of the people around them. The funds raised through this campaign will be used to set up a classroom library for my students, which will directly help them improve their reading and communication skills. This library will be a stepping stone for setting up a full fledged school library (For every classroom) that will cater to each and every child in the school.
