Who we are
Gentle Way Foundation is a Non-profit organisation registered as a Trust under Indian Trust Act, 1882 based in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. At Gentle Way Foundation, we are committed to nurturing the next generation of leaders. Our focus is on empowering students aged 3 to 18 with the skills and mindset necessary to become effective leaders in their schools, communities, and beyond. Through innovative and engaging programs, we provide students with opportunities to develop their leadership abilities, critical thinking skills, and emotional intelligence.
Our work and its impact
We believe in a holistic approach to leadership development, focusing on both personal growth and community impact. Our programs are hands-on and interactive, allowing students to learn through real-world experiences and peer collaboration. Whether through workshops, seminars, or experiential learning activities, we create environments where students feel empowered to explore their potential and take initiative.
Under our Gentle Reads Campaign, we have been raising books and establishing library infrastructure in schools. So far, we have:

-Distributed them across three schools
-Currently collaborating with more government schools in Uttar Pradesh to support reading habits and leadership development among students.
We recognize that every student has unique talents and strengths. That’s why our approach is tailored to meet the individual needs and interests of each participant, fostering a sense of belonging.
How we will utilise these books
The books collected through this campaign from Pratham Books will directly impact the journey of students studying in government school in Tribal region of Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh. We will distribute these books to students during summer break and will serve as vital resources, opening up new worlds of joy of reading and imagination for eager young minds. From fostering love of reading to expanding horizons, these books will empower students to explore and grow.
