Who we are

Chiranootana Urban and Rural Development Society is an NGO located in Ajjampura taluk in Chikmagalur district, Karnataka. We came together as a group of social workers in 2018 to contribute to betterment in society in the sectors of: education, health, environment, women & children’s welfare, and rural & urban development.

Our group of social workers collaborate with individual donors, Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan, and various departments for impactful initiatives in education, health, and overall community development. Managed by individual donors, we also work closely with the departments of horticulture, agriculture, forest, local hospitals, and gram panchayats to create a meaningful impact on the lives of the underprivileged and vulnerable.
