Our story

The school library truly the heart of the school, stimulating currents to go out of it into every corner of the school. Knowledge is everyone’s birthright and it empowers children to be well informed free from bids and prejudice. The project is designed to reach out to 30000 tribal students who are getting educated in the government Ashram Schools. The selected schools are situated in the tribal pockets of Palghar District. The aim of the project is to link these students to all available source of knowledge by setting up centralized libraries in all 30 schools linked with internet.

Who we are

Founded in the year 2010 by Mr. Sunil Vargheses, Mr.Rajendra Pathak and Mr.Jugender Singh Child Help Foundation, as the name suggests, is a child-centric organization. We work in the best interest of the child. We have a pan India presence. We focus on the basics such as education, health, food, and shelter. Our approach is holistic and our style hands on. We are on the ground, where it matters most for the child. We enable both families and communities. We have several grassroots initiatives. We will be completing our first decade of growth soon. We started working in 2009 and our registrations came in 2010. We are building on our many successes and reaching out to more and more marginalized children Today, Child Help Foundation in a major player in Child Rights. Our priority is to have effective actions in the fields and testify about the vulnerable population

Our work and its impact

Medical Emergency Support Laying the foundation for good health and Committed to saving lives of children suffering from congenital anomalies and non- communicable diseases. Our efforts have saved 600 critically ill Children Inclusive Education Empowering Children to become informed, competent and compassionate. Till date, CHF has made a positive impact in the lives of 37297 children Clean water & Sanitation Ensures Dignity and Safety by the provision of Clean toilets & wash facilities separate for girls and boys.Successful constructed toilets and wash facilities in 36 School directly benefitting 5465 school Children Gender We promoted Girl child education at grassroots and are a part of national flagship programme BETI BACHO and BETI PADAO.
